Our Spark Incursions are ideal for schools who are looking for a one off, technology incursion to engage students with 1 or 2 educational technologies in hands-on learning. Teachers can watch and see how our TechGen Technicians integrate technology with learning and gain insight for how they can do the same!

For schools looking to dive deeper, our multi-lesson Ignite Workshops are designed and delivered by the classroom teacher working together with our team.

Spark Incursions

The Incursion

Get ready for an exciting incursion where students will experience engaging hands-on learning!

Our stand-alone Spark incursions introduce students and teachers to technology that can be used in the classroom.

Our team will run the incursion based on one of our pre-prepared lesson plans. Your classroom teacher will have opportunities to be actively involved and remains responsible for maintaining standard classroom management practices.

The incursions are 60 to 90 minutes long depending on the year group and technology being used.

Ignite Workshops

The Workshop

Let’s dive deep into technology!

Our Ignite Workshops will bring technology into your regular program, with students experiencing fun, hands-on learning led by the class teacher with support from our TechGen Technician.

Workshops can be delivered as a weekly program over days or weeks, with workshops running 60-90 minutes depending on the year group and selected technology.

We support the class teacher as they select an existing learning topic, select an appropriate educational technology, and plan how lessons will be delivered.
